1. How do I charge my erotic toys?
General erotic toys contain built-in lithium battery, equipped with magnetic or plug-in charging cable, available ordinary USB charging plug, but do not recommend the use of fast charging plug. When charging, the indicator light of most of the sex toys will flash, the charging time is usually 3-6 hours, the indicator light is always on or the colour change indicates that it has been fully charged, and the use time after full is from 30 minutes to 2 hours.
2. How to clean and store the product?
It is recommended to use appropriate amount of cleaning and disinfecting spray/shower gel/hand sanitiser (soap is not recommended) and rinse with water after each use of the erotic products, then wipe clean and store in a dry and ventilated place, avoid direct sunlight, so as not to lead to deformation or breeding of bacteria. Please pay attention to the product’s anti-drop and anti-collision to avoid mechanical failure.
3. Are erotic toys waterproof?
Yes, the vast majority of erotic toys are made of TPE or silicone on the outer layer, these toys can be rinsed with water and used in the bathroom. Note that some Jet Cups and Cannonballs may contain external mechanical and electronic structures, so they will not be completely waterproof.
4. Do I need to use a lubricant with my sex toy?
Yes, we recommend when using erotic toys and jock cups. Use with a water-based lubricant provided by our shop, as silicone-based lubricants can damage the device and silicone. The lubricant can help to enhance comfort and pleasure and also prevent accidents such as skin abrasions.
