The products sold on this website are consumables and items for personal and intimate use. Therefore, in order to protect your interests and the interests of other consumers and safety and hygiene issues, except for obvious defects in the product, the purchase of toys and products can not be returned or exchanged. Please read the relevant text carefully before purchasing, if you have any questions before purchasing or if you have any questions about the quality of the product or the way of using the product, please contact our customer service staff directly for answers.

What if the item is obviously defective?

If you find an item with obvious defects within 7 days after purchase, such as obvious cracks, non-responsive, can’t vibrate, please take photos or videos and send them to us in time, we will verify, if it is confirmed to be a defective product, we will return or exchange it. The return must meet the return conditions, your item must contain all original objects, parts and packaging, the shipping cost to send it back should be borne by the buyer.

We are unable to return or exchange items that are damaged due to the buyer’s personal reasons.

Note: Due to the sale of items belonging to private items, all returns are destroyed, never secondary packaging and re-sale, please rest assured that customers!

Return process

  1. Contact customer service
  2. Customers provide pictures and videos to show that meet the conditions for returns and exchanges
  3. Customer service verification
  4. If the customer service that meets the return conditions, the customer will restore the goods to the original packaging, to ensure that all objects, parts are complete and sent back

        5. We check again whether there is any malicious damage to the returned goods.

        6. After checking whether there is no error, we will replace the goods or refund the money.

Logistics Options

We ship primarily via UPS and DHL. For orders placed before 1pm daily, we will provide dispatch confirmation and tracking number via email on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will receive a dispatch confirmation and tracking number via email the following day (working day). If stock is shown on each product page your product will be confirmed for dispatch within 24 hours.

 

The goods sold on this site are highly intimate personal items, all goods once sold, non-quality problems, no return or exchange. If there is a quality problem with the product, please contact customer service for communication.
